Cancellations

All Pre-Order sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Exception for Delayed Shipments

If we are unable to meet our promised ship date, we will contact you promptly and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

About Our Production Process

We maintain an extensive semi-finished inventory allowing us to finish and ship most products within a few days. However, we do not have inventory for every type of tool we manufacture, which may require additional time to receive the materials needed for production.

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock product not currently in inventory. Once your order is placed, production begins. This may require materials which are not in our inventory, requiring us to order them from one of our suppliers. Usually we receive the items needed within a few days, but in rare circumstances it may take longer than the days quoted for us to ship the product. In such cases, when there is doubt whether we can fulfill within the promised timeframe, we will contact you and allow you to cancel the order for a full refund if you choose to.

Our goal is to provide you with the best product for the best price every time and on time. If we ever fall short of this promise, we want to know so we can make it right.
